Hate

Hate
HATE is considered as one of the best representatives of so-called “Polish Death Metal Phenomenon” and as such, one of the highlights of Polish metal scene among such bands as Vader, Behemoth and Decapitated. The band was founded as early as in 1990 by ATF Sinner (guit, voc) in Warsaw, Poland. After numerous changes in the line-up, and releasing a few cds, available solely in their native Poland, the band was signed to American label WW3 in the year 2000. The company released HATE’s early materials on two discs enitled “Holy Dead Trinity” (2000) and “Cain’s Way (2001). Two years later, the band signed a record deal with French-based label - Listenable, and released their next, highly acclaimed material - “Awakening of the Liar” (2003). A year later HATE recorded their first official audio-visual material “The Litanies of Satan”, which had its premiere on Metal Mind Productions (2004) winning rave reviews in metal press. It was the moment when the band’s style gained new characteristics, such as industrial samples, ambient backgrounds etc. This style was developed on the next album “Anaclasis” (2005), which no longer presented traditional death metal, but ingenious combination of death and black metal with distinct industrial influences. “Anaclasis” got great reviews in almost every metal magazine across Europe, and was highly acclaimed among metal fans. The band hit the road supporting Carpathian Forest and Keep of Kalessin on their European tour, and performed on a few important festivals such as Party.San Open Air/Germany and Winter Assault/Czech Rep. In 2007 HATE once again went on European tour, this time supporting their countrymen Decapitated. In January 2008 the next album “Morphosis” had its premiere - again on Listenable Records. It showed fast development of the band’s style and as well as the production part. The band got offers from numerous festivals, such as Metalcamp, Neurotic Death Fest, Brutal Assault, Screamfest, Metal Mean, Metal Heads’ Mission etc. In May 2008, HATE shot their first official video-clip for the song “Threnody”. Since then, the album “Morphosis” has also been released in the USA, South America and Australia.
