Dymytry

Dymytry
The origins of Czech-Russian metal project Dymytry date back to 2004. Two years later, the band released its thus far only record, EP "Psycore". This term siginifies, beside the name of the CD, also the style of music Dymytry plays, based on massive guitar barrage and suggestive vocals. Since 2007 the band has been intenselly performing live on huge music festivals as well as on lesser gigs, appearing always in Predator-like masks, manufactured by the Czech National Theatre. The band members can also be seen in other musical projects, such as in Aleš Brichta band, where the Dymytry guitarist Jiří Urban is active, or in the rock opera Antigona, where the Dymytry vocalist Jan Macků performs. In July 2010, the second long-awaited creation, the first LP album "Neser", is released in cooperation with MetalGate.
