Grind-rock n’ roll band Gutalax from Křemže was formed at the beginning of 2009. In September of the same year, the band recorded its first material, seven tracks in total for a split album “Mondo Cadavere/Telecockies”, in cooperation with the Italian death metal/grindcore band Cannibe, which was released in 2010. Subsequently, the band played a number of live shows on both club and festival scene, as well as supported e.g. Dead Infection, General Surgery and Mucupurulent. In August 2010, the band changed guitarist and further continued with live performances, this time also outside Czech Republic. In Fall 2010, the band participated on a mini tour with Rectal Smegma of Netherlands. In January 2011, Gutalax embarked to studio to record its debut album “Shit Beast”.
